This. Sacking Clarke ain’t the answer, players aren’t good enough. I don’t think you can say they aren’t trying either, except maybe Adebayo and Holden

We were warned about Adabeyo , him being lazy should not be any surprise to Clarke.

Who signed them?

Where i agree with your comments he has the ■■■■ too back him up but seriously some of the team he picks is beyond me… yes i know we dont have good back up but who else is too blame? he picked these boys yes most are a gamble and a hope but he picked them, big changes are needed so some of them get it in there head too at least show some passion…I can count on my hands the players in that that team “who want” it. And then when our manager comes out and says “were not good enough” were does that leave fans who struggle week in week out too pay too watch that…Just isnt good enough re build or no re build its a shambles and its about god dam time this club starting being coming a club we can be proud of…150 max at oldham and maybe 4k next week at home will tell the story itself…Words can only go so far now we need too start seeing some kind of work and ethic on the pitch. I appreciate DC honest words but too me thats just an easy way out of the poor ■■■■ we keep getting too watch… Ive broguht my young nephew 3 times now and 3 losses he dont wanna come no more… where these young lads are the ones we need too bring in for the next future of our club and we cant even keep them here… i fear for us i really do, January cant come quick enough but who is saying we can get anyone too help this team… i mean who would want too come too us right now? No one unless they have nothing else left in there career like many off our current squad!

It was always going to be difficult with a total rebuild on his hands however Clarke has got it horribly wrong.
The lack of quality is alarming. He chose every one of this lot that quite frankly would look average playing for Rushall Olympic.
Sadly our ambition this season should be that we remain a football league club.
I’m extremely concerned!

Can not understand why holden is played on the right when he does not have a right foot. The opposition know exactly what he is going to do when he gets the ball. He is poor and puts little effort in. What exactly does he bring to the team.

All managers sign dodgy players mate.

You can’t legislate for a big 6ft5 bloke backing out of challenges.

Same with McDonald. But no point whipping balls in as Gaffney usually blowing out his arse 20yards away :upside_down_face::upside_down_face::upside_down_face:

Cheltenham were the better team, we were utter gash and yet if our strikers knew how to hit the target we could easily have won that game.

I think you can to be fair

At least Mcdonald has a bit more about him and can keep defenders guessing which way he will turn. holden cuts inside and goes straight across the pitch then passes backwards.

The irony is that if we had kept 5 or 6 of the team that got us relegated last season we would probably be top 6.

McDonald is tat, he just runs into defenders, anyone can do that. On the off chance he gets into a good positions his final ball makes Lalkovic look like a world beater. There is a reason he is on a 6 month contract…

And that is whar worrys me the most… One of our only “creative” players is clearly not the best but is out most offensive looking player we have…disappointing

Just out of interest which ones ?

Dobbo and Cook. Ow how we yurn for a big center half who knows where goal is like cook right now

Another dismal afternoon for us…the fact is that we don’t play as a team. Our opponents did play as a team and that was the difference.as well as our inability to score goals even when we had excellent chances.
Very difficult to find any positives but Bates could develop into a good player…some of his passing today was excellent and Pring adds pace to the back 4.
The biggest negative was the mistake by Roberts which came when we were having a good spell…perhaps it is time to consider giving Rose a game.

Cook, Ferrier , Zeli and Edwards for a start. Although I’m guessing they didn’t want to be here.

I do mate as they are only playing against themselves , any team that are only half good are tearing us a new one

We gave them goals and couldnt take our own… simple and basics of the game… along with the basics of passing and marking… It all just seems lost atm and i dont think its for DC not trying too drill it into them i just simply feel some are out there depth and are good enough and DC seems too agree. but weve gambled on this bunch and stuck with them and DC dont know which way he can get around it, His team selections show that… lidl is ■■■■ but who we can you put in his place who is better or even fit and game ready? Its just a mess atm …Alfies looks great on the ball and played well in there if any positive along with SS who always ALWAYS gives us a bite in midfield which so many others dont. Adda is weak and lacks so much confidence, just bleak times where we all thought we had come round the corner were back too square 1 and i just dont know how much longer so many of the fans will continue too come each week and who could blame them…Its upto DC too turn it round and we have too believe because if he fails we are in some serious trouble and its far worse than anything bonser could ever do
