Nice one.
Yes, that’s me exactly.
We need to kick on from this now and get as many points as possible out of the next 7 games, before we hit the 3 games in a week run of Wimbledon, Doncaster & Vale.
It was like his brain and legs were not in sync and just kept slaloming through the players somehow
How Flashless was ahead of Ellis, Levi and DJ is beyond me
Going back to the game, Sadler implied afterwards that Williams’ injury looked bad and that Flash was probably out for the duration.
With 3 centre backs out, we are lucky to have the back up of McEntee, Okagbue, Allen, Weir and Browne, who looked OK the little we have seen of him.
History repeating itself , hopefully.
I think a problem at the moment is that, with the bad pitches, Sadler cannot afford to risk the young loanees, but we do have lots of cover. We can put out 3 front pairs of forwards.
That win against Bury was well deserved.Bennett’s winner came in time added on for Bury’s time wasting .Of course in those days we had no way of knowing how much time was being added but the referee that day did us proud!!!
In my 60 years of supporting the saddlers I’ve never missed a kick off or left before the final whistle.
Annoyed I didn’t go yesterday, went on Tues and decided not to push my luck with the missus and go again on Sat
Incidentally, I think that might be Levi’s 1st goal in League football.
You don’t think he’s got someone doing one of those goalkeeper photographic modelling portfolios do ya . He’s a good looking lad .
Sure is, i also didn’t realise until someone told me earlier he used to play for Chesterfield.
That explains why he didn’t celebrate to much
Never worry about something that is out of your control.
Weird how Ethan Wheatley can’t get in our squad, yet he would have been in the Man Utd squad today
Tommy Simkin has come in for a bit of stick recently from some quarters, but that was an import hand he got the cross late on, as Madden was just behind him, ready to nod it in.
Strange how he has totally disappeared from the squad already, unless there is a reason we know nothing about
Also, things must be bad at Utd as they had to get the bus to Tottenham can’t even afford a coach lol:
Isn’t he injured? He was co commentating for the gills game and sure he said he’s picked up a knock
Exactly my feeling too, the first goal was sheer relief. It was almost tangible, you could feel the weight lift around the ground. The second goal, coming so quickly, felt like normality had been resumed. You could almost hear it click into place. And I said the same to my pal, that’s a season-defining second-half performance.
‘The belief is back, mind the gap, UTS.’
