Colchester (H) - League Two - Sat 28 September, 12.30pm

Tough game this one, i had a feeling we would come a cropper vs MK dons after classic midweek exploits, and i have the same feeling about this one.

A scrappy 1-1…

You can still do those things!!
Have a decent lie in till 10/10.30 (anything past 8 is a decent lie in for me these days!).
Get a good breakfast, eaten at your leisure and leave the house at 11.30ish (depending what your travel time is like)
Head to locker for a pint before 12.30 kick off.
Head back in there after the game or elsewhere for a celebratory pint or two, still with the afternoon and evening ahead of you!

I guess as others have said, you don’t have to have umpteen pints before the match, and you still have the drinking time, it’s just after the match rather than before it (which may help missing parts of the game with numerous trips to the loo if you have an ageing bladder like me!!!)

Either way, lets hope you enjoy tomorrow and we have reason to raise a glass at 2.30!:yum:

Very idealistic. Might depend where you live as in his far away or even more what your wife/partner might want you to do before football.
.Might even depend on your kids / grandkids activities / clubs etc

Yep, i guess anyone’s plans or routines could be defined as idealistic as what you want to do becomes your ‘ideal’!
And whether you head to the boozer at 10 or go to it after the game, its down to your commitments, family and kids needs etc!

Not good overall for supporters though is it in the main . Especially for away fans I don’t like it .

Correct. 3 o’clock kick offs we’re invented to suit everyone.
Who benefits from changing.

I agree, it seems to be the away fans who miss out or suffer most when kick off times change, whether that be a 12.30 kick off or a saturday night 8pm kick off. Ones of the reasons i’m quite happy we dont support a premier league team!

Surely not. You’d hope some lessons would have been learnt from last season about rushing him, or any other player, back after injury. Bench as on Tuesday for him would be good, if onlu for his presence.

I think its a Magic Mike dance tribute group to accompany the bhangra music.

Early kick offs in League two. All the cons of the Prem with none of the benefits. I suppose I’d take a point today after Tuesday but hoping for the win. UTS:facepunch:t2::red_circle::white_circle::black_circle:
