I wouldn’t actually mind Albert on for Jellis either, he could do that role but this side needs a target man on the pitch at all times, absolutely dreadful sub today and I don’t think I’ve said a negative word about Sadler all season.

Imagine if the only solution is going to be starting Flash again…
They’ll be changes. Some of the loanees need to be starting and Evan Weir aswell.
Think some of the guys are fatigued and also haven’t got Lowe around to quickly get it up the pitch.
It’s a risk to suddenly put 4-5 new players in at once but needs a fresh look with still a third of the season left as there is still plenty of time to put this right.

What is this infatuation with Adomah on up top - When we have signed strikers this window?
Teams are stifling us - Sadler will earn his badges now by dragging us out of this. The performances have definitely dropped off again, a bit like at the end of November but this time it’s lasted longer.
I think if you showed how we’ve played last few weeks and compared it to last season… you’d be hard pressed to find a difference.
Must win on Tuesday. He needs to find another way, and problem solve. We cannot mess this up.

Missed Harry Williams at the back today. I do not understand the Adomah for Matt substitute when we have Levi on the bench. Crying out for changes and we make them in the 86th minute!! Sadler got this very wrong today!!!

That was such a 16th placed team performance - we’re slowly reverting back to type.
Adomah for Matt was bizzare, just trying to protect the lead when we really needed to try and turn the screw.

Completely and utterly on Matt Sadler.
Why on earth we brought in all these centre forwards in the window to then replace Matt with Adomah is possibly the oddest and most self harming call I’ve ever seen.
What a waste of money and resource on all those forwards if Adomah is still first replacement.

Wasnt worried after Bradford.
Wasnt particularly worried after Fleetwood.
Doubt crept in against Salford (luckily DJ got us out the shit).
Worried now.
Awful performances all round in those 4 games and some very poor coaching/substitutions.
This needs to change and quickly because based on what we’ve seen for the last 3 weeks or so - we aint getting top 3.
