Coventry City (A) 16th Feb, 3pm

I can see us winning this 2-1

Has to be a reaction to Tuesday’s debacle.

Not 100% if the train actually stops at Cov arena on matchday, could always park in Bedworth if it does, only five minutes away.

The last couple of visits I’ve parked on the retail park with the Tesco just across the railway line from the stadium. There are signs saying that on arena event days it’s a max stay of just 2 hours unless you spend at least £50 in the shops, but Cov fans I asked said they’ve never had any hassle since they’ve returned there, and I even asked at Tesco customer services and they said it wasn’t an issue.

It could of course have been tightened up since we played there last season, so my plan is to get there early enough to move to another car park if they are enforcing it - or perhaps ask my missus for a shopping list just in case!

The £5.00 off site car parks are all about 10 -15 mins walk from the stadium. A, B and C car parks at the stadium are all £10.00.

Is this ticket only or can you pay on the day at the ground?

2-0 Walsall. Everyone else to lose around us. Keates pulling a win out the bag to save his job Whitney-esq

Can pay on the day, 3 quid increase of course.

Another league one fixture that is 20 quid + but their prices for over 60s is excellent, just 15 quid for the Mother so chose this over Burton which is pretty pricey in that category just to stand on the terrace.

Just read Chris marsh Post on Walsall fc site I like him and think he talks a lot of sense . But it just just doesn’t sit right with me that he should be talking about our club every week while involved with Coventry city . Maybe it’s just me who has this opinion? .

Thanks

Twenty five quid worth it for a rare win

600 shocked fans from the black country

Bit of a disgrace charging £10 quid to park your car . Then again probably make more out of this than we do in gate receipts for a home game :rofl:

Pity an ex player like Marshy , who obviously holds the club close to his heart had to be offered a job from ex Walsall players at another club .
Surely we could of found him , after being such a loyal servant to Walsall a job here ?

Problem with that is, from his comments about the club, he is obviously not a ‘yes man’ so would be no good in and around our No.1 fan!

The same players in the same formation will lead to a continuation of this form. Something has to drastically change to break this run and I would like to see Keates be brave and try something new…maybe 4231 with Kinsella and Edwards sitting deep, playing Jarvis, Ismail and Taylor behind Cook.

We would all love that too, but it won’t happen.
I’ve just placed a quite large bet on us conceding a goal within 10/15 minutes, but betting shops know their onions, and stats too by the look of things, will only got a very meagre return.

Exactly, and both comments spot on.
Having someone like Marshy in as No.2 from the start to discuss, support, help, and advise Dean in his forthright way may have just helped to avoid the mess that Dean has made of a lot of things which in all honesty someone in the club should have recognised was a very big danger given Dean`s inexperience and now obvious lack of leadership skills.
All proper run organisations assess and invest in support where needed which in time generally should ensure a level of success and return on investment.
The club have left him to his own devices, is floundering badly making some wrong staff and awful player decisions through blind panic and now looking like it will all end in tears.
WFC are to blame yet again as this could have been so good and have got to be the worst run shambles of a football club that returns a good balance sheet every year.
And that is the priority and thinking of WFC behind every action taken and is the reason why we are where we are today.
