In my experience buying tickets for other season ticket holders on line is nigh on impossible. You have to switch the login to their account. I believe the club have admitted it is a glitch in the ticketmaster system. I can never purchase my own ticket plus my 2 boys when it is one ticket per season ticket holder.
I always just call the ticket office. Saves on the booking fee as well.

Yeah it should work but there is a glitch in the system. The only ways to do it are on the phone with their details or in person or log into their accounts separately online
