D 0-0 vs Alfreton Town (A) - FA Cup Second Round - Tue 5th Dec, 7:45pm

Have we ever been live on BBC1 before?

I don’t think we have.

If the game is called off we will be in the draw for the third round for the second season in a row. How’s that for incremental progress?

Watching this game that’s on now, York would probably beat us.

Where are the posts about which local alehouse we’ll be thawing out in pre-match?  :ice_cube:

Isn’t that two things?

Didn’t RAM play for Rushall in the FA Cup therefore ineligible.

You’re right mate, I’d forgotten about that.

Latest forecast indicates the game will kick off in sub zero temperatures and won’t rise above freezing all day, with the extra threat of freezing fog now thrown into the mix.

I bet they’ll still have the sprinklers on before kick off though.

The Walsall way. Win convincingly tomorrow and draw Spurs away only to be eliminated from the competition for fielding an ineligible player.
Alternatively we just lose.

Isn’t that what Barnsley did in the last round? Mind you, they are a strange club, Barnsley…

I just hope we’ve done our preparation right for this game. And practiced
for wearing mittens on strings I don’t want to hear excuses from Mat after the match .”we struggled with our mittens on “

They play in red so will it be white or green for us tomorrow? Have we won in that green kit yet?
