D 0-0 vs Colchester United (A) - League Two - Tue 14th Feb, 7:45pm

No. There are some good points being made by both posters

Yeah I agree. A highlights real is exactly that though…

And those goals came from very good crosses so we’ve not had the chance to see any evidence of that so far.

So far I’ve seen him struggle to win headers from balls played upto him and for that reason from what I’ve seen so far he hasn’t been that great in the air.

Listen if we’re off topic or boring people then fair enough. If my ol Geordie mate wants to DM that’s fine, but in my opinion it’s a reasonable debate, reasonably on topic and no one’s been rude or disrespectful have they?

I’ve even said “I agree” with Geordie 3 times already!! (Although he’s yet to return the compliment :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:)

If you feel out of your depth though we can stop :joy::joy::joy:

Btw did you go to Colchester or ifollow?

Just what I was saying, think they should join a debating society instead of inflicting this drivel on us.
I said, he said, they said, repeat, repeat, repeat, deny, accept, agree, challenge…on and on… at least a bit of baseless negativity splits up the constant drone of two ‘super posters’.
Suggest they take their intellectual divinity to their PM’s eh MOD’s?

People are free to debate, but as someone who comes on here to try to read a variety of opinions from fellow Saddlers, it does become frustrating when threads descend into a never-ending back and forth between two posters.

Anyway, I think the last few fixtures have all been decent points in isolation, but draws are no good when you’re chasing promotion. It feels like our chances are slipping away. The new strikers need to step up and replace DJ’s goals before it’s too late.

I’m really struggling to make my mind up on Knowles. Runs about a lot, but what sort of player is he supposed to be? Can go from striker to midfielder to wingback all in one game! Anyone know how he was used at Yeovil?

Probably as frustrating as I find it when a post match thread descends into mind numbing painfully boring puns about food.

Forum : a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.

Who’d have thought :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Same here. I come on to read different posters chewing the fat about the game, and occasionally to chip in with my own opinion.

Use your loaf and don’t get involved.

That’s a bit salty.

I won’t make a meal of it, anyway.

For forum peace let’s all just agree to get along, no point falling out over spilt milk.

Fair comment it can be annoying sometimes.

Yeah we should just be concentrating on the bread and butter of League Two football, not off topic puns.

I agree. Bickering is annoying, but food puns take the biscuit!
