We don’t win on a Tuesday night in the league, so another borefest and a loss

Looking forward to this one, been a while since I’ve been able to watch us without being preoccupied by parenting responsibilities. Looking forward to seeing our out of possesion play

As awful as our performances at home have been, I think we will win this one. 2-0. Kanu both.

Kanu with an assist from the crisp packet

No chance. Pump it down the channel and struggle to make 4 passes

Yes I saw that nobody was listing Div 2 in the tv schedules until today very strange .I always go on the app tv sport today featuring all sports and weeks ahead of wasn’t on that even until today .

I’ll be there ready for the brass monkey weather. Hope we play some football to warm me up and make my walk back to Wednesbury enjoyable. Unpredictable substitutions will help and shock the opposition. U T S

Hope the ref is decent and aware of any deliberate crunching tackles from them .

Bleeding predictive

I think we will score 4 tomorrow. Kanu hat trick and Jellis. If we score 4 and don’t win there is a massive problem …. But Flint will come off after about 60 minutes for a ‘rest’ and it will probably end up 4-3

If Crawley come with a game plan, then we lose.

We’re not going to see crisp passing. Well not from Walsall.

But crawley are high in the possession stats and their manager Scott Lindsay favours that approach. We destroyed his MK dons side 4-2 last season. Possibly our best performance last season. The real McCoy. It’s a myth that games involving Sadler are inevitably low scoring.

It’s always hard to predict football matches beforehand. Coaches can change their tactics. But on paper this should be a real humdinger clash of styles that should favour Walsall. I don’t get the negativity from folk who are repeatedly proved wrong. Who knows, supporting the side might help.

Win 4 v 2…lump on…. totally unpredicted unexpected and at the end we will be wondering how the hell that happened…

Pattison to boss the middle…and have a new tat

Flint to limp off after 75mins at 4 v 1 up and exchanges unpleasantries with a section of fans…. Replaced by Polish cage fighter who gets 2 yellows in last 10mins…

Pressley to score a bullet head from a clarke cross… but was checking bandage on his hand at the time…

Jellis to score a thunderbolt from 12 yards that takes a deflection of a wotsit packet…

Kanu goal each half… defence splitting pattison pass and other a cushion header from Matt into his running stride…

MS head spins off at end and takes all the plaundits…

Cant wait. .

Real Mc Coy Nah ,

to obvious give Andy a bit of credit absolute played a blinder there .

I preferred your first prediction!! :joy:

Another one ….Danny Cashman

I hear Grimsby had a windy snack moment of their own the other day - a rogue Scampi Fries bag found it’s way onto the pitch..

3-0 to us. We’ve got this, ffs. Well send than back home to Gatwick Airport with their tails well and truly between their legs.

I remember a season under Smith when we had struggled at home and there was a chance we could have scored the least number of home goal in a season. We played these late in the season in a rearranged game and won 5 0.

Somehow doubt we will score that many tonight
