Crawley by far the better team and it shows in possession and chances. More aggressive, better organised, better press. Despite our numbers in midfield we are being outplayed there. Freddie is terribly isolated. It ain’t working.

I’m convinced they are told not to keep the ball.
It’s poor coaching or management to go from a clear plan against Gillingham (very high press) to whatever that was.
That said, it’s 0-0, and Sadler has to earn his corn at half time now. Let’s hope he gets into them and figures out what we are supposed to be doing.

I actually think Rileys done ok.
Crawley are very well drilled and a re quick to close down any space once they lose possession. I can see why they’ve shocked a few this season.
Williams has struggled imo. Any possession we do get breaks down on him more often than not…Comley looks a yard short which is to be expected….they’ve doubled up on Hutch and Draper…which is to be expected.
I think this’ll open up second half and we must be able to steal the ball higher up a few times as Crawley are playing a very risky game….

We’ve had 35% possession and our passing accuracy with that possession is 69% 
Riley has been gash, no pace, indecisive and scared to go forward. Definitely a weak link.

Crawley have this, if Evans makes a slip up we’ve lost the game, simple as, no attack = no goals, Draper little (big) boy lost out there, we look so dire it’s unfathomable…
Two poor sides but Crawley look better. Sadler has to sort this out
I agree on Riley, been okay for me. Comley has comfortably been our worst player. Very poor half overall but main thing is it’s still 0-0 and hopefully we can improve and get the win.

To be fair, Crawley are doing a really good job closing down and not allowing us time or space to get at them. We’ve not been quite as good as them in doing that, but we have mainly neutralised them too so chances have been at a premium at both ends.
We need to try and open things up a bit and get our forwards running at their defence to try and open them up.

Crawley haven’t been good either, been marginally better than us. It’s a poor standard first half without doubt from both sides.
What does Riley offer? Dreadful stuff. I hope Sadler has got this right and we will pick up the tempo second half. Just sitting deep and soaking it up. Need to push higher up on the wings in possession like they are as they look like they can pick us apart down both flanks. They have two players both side. Tierney wasted in this role. Comley isn’t up to this tonight and Knowles is again showing his headless chicken impression. I hope I’m working but they will win by 2 if this carries on. Oh wait Taylor Allen is on instead of Williams who left to defend has done ok
You’ve not made one constructive comment all half. It doesnt need to be positive (I agree it’s not been great) but nothing whatsoever constructive….and I’m the robot
