Our troubles before and since show what a great manager he is at this level. Ridiculous for anybody to hold any ill feeling for him considering he took a better paid job in a better league with actual backing from his chairman than stay with us.
Glad he took them up, even if it was Villa.

Completely agree, except that I would suggest the blueprint was his rather than ours. Our board just liked taking credit for it whilst he was here and making it work for us.

Think @simon meant we were given the blueprint for nothing, and promptly folded it to prop up a wonky table leg in the Bonser suite instead of developing it further.

Good luck Dean with getting rid of Ross Mccormack. Wages just gone up to £70000 per week, due to promotion. Remember him , him who couln’t open his electric gate, him who got done for flytipping.
