So the manager we wouldāve had refused to come because we were signing DJ? Trivela thought DJ more important signing than the manager they wanted and now they want rid of DJ? All seems a bit stupid to me.

Would this mystery manager happen to be Graham Alexander who turned down the managers job here because he couldnt bring in his own backroom staff and be in charge of transfers?

Iām probably a bit too old school with this, but shouldnāt the board be there to just open their chequebooks and allow a manager and their team to do what theyāre employed to do? Whatās with this apparent desire for non-football people to have control over footballing matters?

And just to addā¦they appointed Sadler because he was the only one that would work with DJ, and now he doesnāt want to work with DJ.

David Kelly was rumoured to have been offered and accepted the assistant manager role from pomlett, then pomlett told he didnāt have the authority to make the offer then retracted the offer but I havenāt heard of any managers who would have walsall connections.

Alan Buckley, heās only in his 70s and doing radio stuff. Just as believable.
Heard that Viveash was an option but we didnāt move fast enough before he then signed a four year contract with Cov. Not saying itās true just what you hear on the grapevine.
