Doncaster Rovers (H) Dec 26th, 3pm

Plently of brandy/whisky smells as well, hip flasks getting passed round, and lots of people that just stank of it :slightly_smiling_face:

This is quite a tough festive period. Doncaster looked good when they came last year but didnt have much up front on the day. They, along with Wimbledon were my shouts for automatics this year.

Similarly, Notts on New Years Day is going to be a biggie.

If we can get 5 points from from the 3 festive games i will be quite pleased.

If we win all 3 it will be dreamland.

Will The Railway be open before and after the match? Does anyone know, @Dhforever perhaps?
And Sundays match?

Yes wasn’t it wonderful going to the bog only to be confronted by an inch of urine to paddle through  and the beautiful aroma that we got to enjoy.

When I were a lad it were 3 inches easy.

It was the steam rising from the piss that was amazing.

last time I experienced piss paddling was just before the demise of the gay meadow piped into the Severn I guess.

I always liked a good, strong shag.

Lovely birds cormorants.

They live mainly in a paper bag.

Didn’t Noggin the Nog have one?

Graculus.

Knew it couldn’t be called Gravalax, which was what I had in my head.

Gravalax is what they call muesli in Lidl

Didn’t he used to post on here?

Two different breeds, but I know where you’re coming from  :joy:

Same, same but different.

Being a fisherman I would rather have a Shag than a Cormorant any day …

I was very confident that we would beat Harrogate, however, these are a much better side.
Jammas’ back though so I’ll go for a close fought 2-1 win.
