EFL Awards 2025

Barrett looks like that when he is on the pitch. I think he only has one expression. My mother used to be like that.

Well deserved for Allen. Barrat dropped off a cliff several months ago, but then so did everyone else.

Specifically January 1st at County. Was awful and not the same since.

Sorted himself out an extended break on Sat, 3 game ban will take him to our playoff exit, so he can put his feet up.

Pomlett there it seems and Sadler doesn’t seem to be next to him. Probably too embarrassed to attend

I wonder whether Taylor Allen thinks what a lot of supporters think about Barrett yesterday: his needless lunge pretty much cost us the game and possibly any realistic chance of automatic promotion. Taylor certainly looked genuinely pissed off that we were losing to the mighty Accrington, which is why he was trying to grab the game by the scruff of the neck in the closing moments.

I’d be amazed if a club higher up the food chain doesn’t come in for Taylor. He’s a good top half league one player, I’d say.

Hopefully he’s been sacked and it’ll be announced tomorrow

Imagine if pombear is there to accept the manager of the year award on Sadler’s behalf after sacking him today

Am I right in thinking that McCann isn’t nominated for Manager of the year? If so, it’s farcical

Not long to wait, will be announced after the break…

Not watching. Is Sadler definitely not there?

Graham Alexander wins it :man_shrugging:

Bradford fans will love that.

Alexander and Sadler should have been nowhere near that list of three.

Andy Woodman was a good shout, then McCann and Moore. In fairness to Alexander he acknowledged that with a tinge of embarrassment at collecting the award.

All the more motivation to pip them to the post on the final day. Pin it to the changing room door at Crewe.

Joke of a decision

I thought he was the least likely to win, biggest budget in the league and had two terrible runs throughout the season.

His statement pretty much summed it up.

I’m relieved it wasn’t Sadler. It might have caused a bit of a commotion on here… :scream:

They look broken in this image.

Very well deserved awards, they have both been excellent this season.
