He always played with a degree of GUMption, no matter what the cavity of the situation. I hope they gave him an anaesthetic jabo before the operation.
Actually, these are a punt oo far (sic) even for me i.e. they are rubbish but all I could think of.
Seriously, I thought he was a good player for us and liked his contribution. The injury could have been pretty serious for him if not detected - but I am frustrated that there is no mention as to when or how on earth the injury was sustained apparently without Jabo, the physio or the opposing player noticing at the time 
Let’s face it, it’s rather a bizarre injury.

Also hear Jabo was mightily annoyed that it ended his game, given he’d just got a brace.
I know you are just filling in for the usual pun meisters, but it could well be your crowning achievement capping all other attempts. And that’s the hole tooth!

He certainly came to us from Orient, but it was their manager Martin Ling who didn’t offer him a new contract (Wiki) … and when he started at Walsall it was under the care of Jimmy Mullen (spit)… and very soon after that Chris “dogface” Hutchings.
Jabo would have had Dean Smith as a team mate, but only from 2000 to 2003 when Dean left for Sheffield Wednesday. Dean never managed Orient,
No he didn’t, but he was youth coach and then assistant manager alongside Ling before joining us.
