Exeter City (A) - Tue 2nd March, 7pm

Sinclair’s due a goal…

Unfortunately there isn’t all that much competition for his place. Clarke is the only other out and out CB (unless you include the younger Leak) as all the other choices are L or RBs who can do a job there.

His personal errors have been responsible for a few goals this season (whether it was solely him or White and Sadler not following his lead to play Cook offside on Saturday I’ll leave up to you), but to be fair to him his overall game has been solid - and he has notched 4 goals (our second highest scorer in the squad now?)

I still think we just have to let BD go through his bedding-in period and get it out of his system. There aren’t any realistic expectations for either this game or Cambridge, so waiting until after Barrow before making a judgment.

I’ll put my neck on the line here and back Dutton decision with the back line. Sinclair however I don’t but least he’ll put a shift in. Make no mistake we’re playing for a draw or a backs to the wall 1-0 win here

Another 4 changes tonight (same as Tinkerman up at the Vale).

I note that in the E&S preview, Dutton refers to Exeter City’s ‘project’. FFS! It’s as if Clarke never left.

We used to moan that we never had a plan B. Now we moan that the manager changes things when it’s not working. :twisted_rightwards_arrows:

You’ve got to give something longer than 45 minutes to see if it works or not, players aren’t robots.

It’ll be a 7-0er.

I’ve watched nearly every game this season on ifollow and I’ve seen scarr and Clarke both fall over themselves when trying to cover which have resulted in costing us goals. I wouldn’t play either. The fact sadler playing every game says it all and with good reason he’s playing too.

Fair play to the manager as he uses up all the letters in the alphabet available to him.

Thinking about it, Reid and Wright could be an effective pairing.

It’s obviously rotation because we play twice a week for god knows how many weeks

Was just thinking, Scarr has a calamity moment in him, but he is our best striker

A one time UTS poster on Facebook has just said instead of our formation being numerical they’re now in letters. Today’s formation is the W-T-A-F formation :grinning:

Scarr did score from our only effort on target on Saturday.

Lavery’s playing centre back.

Bit of pace in the back line at least
