There is a sunken American WW2 bomb ship just off the coast of Sheepey that would apparently decimate the island if it ever goes off.

Sheppey haven’t played a league game since 28th August due to their cup runs in the FA Cup and FA Trophy. Level 8, would that be the lowest ranked team we’ve ever faced? Not sure what level Slough were at…
Wonder if it was Sheppey they would end up moving it to Gillingham?
He’s also doing an evening with Jason Cundy at the Poundland on 24th November.

I don’t care which of those two we play it’s a great draw and I must be overjoyed as I nearly got a round in.
Looking at the draw, I think it’s very doubtful that we will be a main TV match because there are some very interesting ties in there - already noted Chesterfield v Portsmouth (bound to be on TV), Kiddy v Fleetwood, Crewe v Derby (almost certain to be a TV game), Hereford v Gillingham (almost certain to be on TV just so they can, as usual, show Ronnie Radford) and Bromley v Blackpool ('53 final and all that!).

I was going to say they couldn’t possibly select such a dull game as Mansfield v Wrexham but, of course, we could go with the “only unbeaten team in England” angle or the “son of the great Brian Clough” one, in order to justify it.
