Yes, they won it twice before any of ManUre, Man City, Everton, Liverpool or Arsenal won it for the first time.
The year after Bury first won it they were knocked out by Spurs who went on to win the cup - despite only being Southern League at the time (and they are still the last non-league side to do so).

Anyone at home and it’s a winnable tie.
Already played Huddersfield, Exeter and Leicester this season and haven’t lost over 90 minutes.
