Only issue Iāve got with the signing is are we playing 352 again with the box midfield as our only variety?. Just hope weāve learnt that lesson. I have my doubts though.

i think the box works well to stifle teams who like to play passing football, with teams who just defend or low block use the formation that worked at start of the season 2 up front. Also with the box the single striker needs to be mobile, good in the air and be able to hold the ball up

He just needs a flexible Plan B..a 4321 or 433 etc. Nothing wrong with his favoured one but teams will expect us to play it. Easier to plan against us. Vary it and it will unsettle teams

Iāll always give any new player a chance but they arenāt going to get some fans onside unless they make a couple of proven signings at this level which involves paying a decent wage so we shall see.
