I saw that too! I wonder if someone has edited an old newsletter and forgotten to take that part out before releasing / sending it out?
Strange one as I donβt remember Clarke explaining his reasones at the time. I thought it was going to be a new story when I clicked the link.
Or that there isnβt an explanation therefore rendering the βpage cannot be foundβ correct lol

Just been playing with that ChatGPT app, asked it to pick an all time Walsall XI and it came up with this⦠No idea who Paul Marsh is, anyone any ideas?

No idea with Paul Marsh, but we did have a Paul Marshall a few years back, on loan from Man City. He wasnβt a left back though (then again Tony Richards wasnβt a left winger and Cannonball Taylor wasnβt a centre forward 
) he was a midfielder, supposedly. Rather a bland, forgettable player, and he was in non league by the time he was 23 or 24. No idea if that is who is meant.

I read somewhere that AI adds something totally fictitious, when it canβt give a proper answer. The easiest way to check, ask something you 100% know.
E: Thatβs totally accidental. Iβve just read someone asked about sport person and got a nearly correct answer, except the former club was totally mistaken. so it was nearly good, but thereβs no cookie for being nearly right.
