Grimsby tickets now on sale to season ticket holders only.
We have an allocation of 340 tickets for this game. I assume this will be increased as the away stand holds 2000.
4 tickets bought and hotel booked for a exotic night out in Grimsby !
It is just our initial.allocation.
Are we behind the goal or in the corner where they put us on New Years Day?
There were home fans behind the goal, back in January.
I wouldn’t say that corner holds 2000 fans.
Looking at the grimsby OS they are not selling tickets for the stand behind the goal but the side stands and one goal stand are available for home supporters, leaving the other stand behind the goal for us. NOTE: there is no facility to collect tickets from Grimsby on the day of the game. They have to be picked up at the Bescot or posted out.
there is a Spoons hotel in Grimsby that is decent. The Yarborough
Can imagine the conversation between Grimsby fans, “last season these bastards stuck 6 passed us, how they doing this season, oh $@##%!”
Got my 2 tickets. Can’t wait for the lovely fish and chips too.
However, the ground is not in Grimsby itself but Cleethorpes - and that is a much nicer place to stay over (more a seaside resort than a working fish port).
Not in the middle of October by the North Sea it ain’t
A vile part of the country. Full of mentally ill people, smelly people and bigots
Not that I’m generalising
Oi, I live in Lincolnshire, although not Grimsby, clues in the name, as the saying goes.
I used to live n a village in North Notts / Lincolnshire, so I know. You should leave before you are eaten.
Steady on we are having a overnighter in Grimsby!
Cleethorpes is apparently a good night out especially if you go to the massive chippy on the old pier. Which is handy as @AndyWTaylor pointed out the Grimsby ground is actually in Cleethorpes.
I will be monitoring the site around that period. If you don’t post following the game, I will assume that you have been eaten and will inform the authorities in order to investigate
Thanks for your concern
We are actually staying in Grimsby town centre , what could possibly go wrong
Bernie Taupin sets out what in store for you @Saddlerone1. Sounds great!
