I have exactly the same opinion of the UK’s largest car park.
They will still be digging ‘oils’ or upgrading that supposed motorway when Walsall get to the Championship in 20 years time…and beyond.

The thing is, in America they have found that smart motorways don’t work? so have moved onto another idea? and more people have been killed on smart motorways than any other road, highways England are like the old council’s of the 60’s and 70’s, they are an outdated institution, when they were working on the bike lane on A5 by the crown, i witnessed one guy asleep on his shovel lol, and several in a vehicle watching tv about 12.00 pm as we were coming home.
Now we drink in the town and get the train to the ground we usually make kick off (unless train is delayed). When we used to drink in the Saddlers Club we rarely made it in the ground until nearly 3.10. Kick offs are overrated anyway
