I know that Ellis Harrison wasn’t great but to call him a berk seems a bit harsh…
I also hope we don’t sign Josh Hare to play alongside Burke.
If those two saddle up, it’ll be murder!
Also, I thought the transfer window was shut. Can someone explain, please…

He speaks very well too. Seems like he has his head screwed on. As @Bags10 says, it seems like a considerable invesement from the club based on the comments on the Chester website.

Looking at those photos from Chester l instantly thought how he looked like one of our own Chris Marsh ? If he performs and shows the same commitment to the club that Marshy did we will have another legend added to the list

Cmon lads - there’s not a huge gulf in quality between L2 and non-league these days so it’s hardly a massive step for a player.
WFC has never splashed the cash but he looks like a good signing - clearly we’ve paid a notable fee for him and he’s also signed a decent length contract…. That being the case, it’s a bit of a cheap shot (forgive the pun) to insinuate it’s Trivela being stingy in respect of a bottom level recruitment policy….
Early days and a decent proven striker signing will indicate to me that they are serious (still got huge reservations about MS though…)

Great interview. Happy with this signing, in fact in both interviews the players were really happy to be here and looked buzzing. Would like a bit of experience in here now too though, but sure it’ll come.

Any idea on the system he played in at Chester and where he likely fits into our back 3?
Josh Hare defender Boreham Wood FC if we could get this lad alongside Burke what a pairing that would be (the body snatchers) strike terror in the opposition.

Looks like a RCB on the footage I have seen. So Burke on the right, Dave/Williams in the middle and Allen/Weir on the right is what I am expecting.
We definitely had a Jekyll and Hyde season, that’s for sure…
