Whoever is in the starting 11 need to really want to win this game on Friday for themselves, us fans and the club! Nothing less than 110% is required and those difference makers performing to their best. Nothing left to chance, do the defensive side well and the rest will come.
Surely these player want it? They didn’t seem too at Barrow, but Friday is absolutely crucial and there for the taking.

Not sure why but I think we will win this one draw at Newport and win against Accrington leaving us going to Crewe needing at least a point.

Must win this. We couldn’t have picked a better fixture, they pretty much have nothing to play for and they’re dreadful away. Make it count, could be a massive 3 points.

If we go a goal down i feel the place will turn very quickly, we need to go at these 100% from the start. If we have any realistic hopes of automatic places we need to get 3 points.

Interesting to see the formation given that Harrogate stick pretty rigidly to a 4231.
As a holding midfielder, former loanee Bryn Morris has a habit of scoring from long range against us, so Simkin will need to be on his guard. He also is a threat from the outside of the box from corners and long throws, which has been a major weakness, particularly in the absence of Harry Williams, of late.
At the back, they have a decent centre half in Jasper Moon who will relish a battle with Jamma. Both are good from set pieces in either box.
Danger man will be former Leamington striker Josh March, former teammate of Jamma and Taylor Allen at Forest Green and a fiery little wind up merchant (see his red card in the previous fixture).
I’d try Levi and Jamma up top, but it will be all about the quality of delivery. In Taylor Allen and Connor Barrett we have 2 players right up there in the assists column, and I predict a Taylor Allen special, in terms of corners.
Ironically, if Jamma wins the toss and we shoot towards our own supporters in the second half, this might help us reverse our recent trend of struggling to get the home fans off their seats.
We need a strong referee but with the home supporters roaring us on, it’s a great opportunity to lift some of the recent gloom.

Winnable I thought. Then reality struck. In the ‘last ten’ form table, Harrogate are 14th (having secured 3/10 wins). Walsall are 24th (having secured 0/10 wins).
It should be an easy win for the visitors then, on that basis.
We will be promoted against Acc Stanley and win the title at Crewe, right? Right?!
