Harrogate Town (H) Friday 18th April, 3pm

You’re not allowed to be negative you know…

Nonsense mate.

I saw him at the end speaking with who I presume were friends. He was absolutely gutted, clearly frustrated and holding back tears.

When he came on, it looked like there was an actual game plan.

He’s turned into Knowles.

Cant pass.
Cant cross.
Cant take a set-piece.
Cant shoot.

Everything at 150mph.

Really poor again today, no other way to sum it up.

Lucky to salvage a point. Decent first 15 and good effort in the last 15 to rescue something (again) but absolute garbage in the middle.

I agreed with the guys next to me that the last few months has been the worse football I can remember down there. No game plan, just hoof it and try to pick up the scraps. No Plan B and dreadful squad management. Why has the full squad not been utilised when clearly there are better options being constantly frozen out? Simply not acceptable.

I just hope we can somehow conjure a win in south Wales on Monday to keep it in our hands. However, my gut feeling is that it’ll be another Barrow. I just hope I’m wrong.

UTS!

Pair of trolls. You’d have been over the moon at scraping in to the playoffs in August

Probably realised that fancy career he thought was done and dusted is now on the line.

The way he shapes his body to attack the ball is dreadful, his positional sense is abysmal. I bet he is only 21 but I just don’t know whether he can be coached to i

Rubbish. He’s not been great recently, but there’s a good player there.

As ‘Geordie’ has observed, they had two players on well-deserved Yellow cards relatively early on in the game due to the pressure they were put under. I can’t recall any time in the subsequent minutes where we looked to be putting further pressure in them to force errors.
Surely, the experienced players and the Management need to be addressing these things?

This needs to be emphasised, people need to get this out of their heads.

He did try and he does care but was caught between piss poor defensive passing from Williams, and Dave and complete anti-football from Stirk.

He was upset mid second half and had to be encouraged by Allen once everyone started booing him prior to another chance against our goal, and around that time he did improve slightly.. with some good tackling and forward play.

People love a petty grudge.

Hes banging on about being 3 points off the top with 3 games to go.

Do this idiot not remember us being 12 points clear at the top?

Not doing his job in defence then so shouldn’t pick him probably.he cancels himself out.Hence we Draw to many .

When we were flying at the top weren’t you complaining about “happy clappers” supposedly taunting posters who were anti Sadler.
Does it work both ways ?

Ok, we will see.

Can you elaborate?

What do you expect him to do resign based on boos?

Sadler should be well and truly embarrassed after yet another shitshow.
Hoof hoof hoof..
Can’t pass . Don’t win any second balls. Lose out in every tackle.
Harrogate should have been out of sight other than a couple of great saves from Simkin.
That’s 6th from bottom Harrogate by the way.

Sadler out!

I have no idea what Harrison has to offer, and it is also embarrassing watch Matt

Jellis definitely does care, and there is a good player in there somewhere…

But I must have missed the “good forward play” today.

I said this some time ago and it didn’t go well.

He is far from the only problem but him being on the pitch dictates how we play. He is useless at hold up play, Amantchi and Harrison are both better at it. He constantly fouls and then complains he doesn’t get fouls given for him.

Him and Stirk annoyed me the most today. Stirk when we were in possession literally stood by one of their players rather than come for the ball and look for space. He never comes out of a challenge with the ball even if it is 60/40 in his favor. Jellis was very poor too but at least he tries to make something happen even if he is failing. Looks like his head has gone now.

We conceded too many goals, it is as simple as that. We score enough but how many times have we scored 2 goals and not won?

It’s a disgrace what has happened in the second half of the season. I feel sick. We have had to become the worst team in the division to throw this away. Cheers Walsall, kids are crying and I’m not far behind.
