So Einstein allegedly said this regarding the definition of insanity
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
But, I’ve done some meticulous research, and what he actually said was
“Insanity is Mat Sadlers gameplan and team selections”

We need a poll on Sadler out
Don’t we already have a thread about this?
Those two post match videos are mad.
You’d think we were 7 points clear and on a run of 5 wins in 8 or something.
Very disappointed by the WM interviewer - didn’t really ask any meaningful questions, and nothing about the form, 2 wins in 18 etc.
It’s like North Korea or that Iraqi War Minister with the American tanks rolling past him.

Yeah, not bothered by the club interviews as it’s not their job to be critical, but surely the local media need to be stronger in their questioning. It’s a shame Mike Taylor/Richard Wilford weren’t covering the game for WM as they wouldn’t be afraid to ask the difficult questions.

Totally weak with their questioning. Never ask him about formations ie changing the system, never ask about why we haven’t seen more of chang, assimwe etc and never ask him why don’t we play more football on the floor that would suit footballing players like hally etc. Poor imo

Where I live there is a press reporter for Plymouth Herald (Chris Errington) that has been warned by the club for his direct questioning.
He is partly responsible for the sack of Ian Foster and used to be quite critical of Rooney, to his face!
Wish we had someone like that in the press.

Liam Gordon gave a fairly honest summary of the game on WM earlier.
I know Sadler has to keep it fairly positive to an extent, but he’d cut himself some slack with the fans if could at least offer some sort of acknowledgement of the horrible run and how long it’s been going on for.
Did he admit he can’t make a 5 yard pass on the edge of his box to save his life?

Weve got 2 threads on this already… yawn.

Exactly what I’ve said repeatedly in other posts the last few months - he shows no empathy or understanding of how fans feel… He just regurgitates the same old drivel week after week.

Took some flack when he came over to applaud the fans too, so he must be aware.
Said after that TV interview at the called off Alfreton game that he seemed an arrogant twerp, who was full of himself.

Certain posters don’t get the answers they like on some threads, so create another. It’s a little bit sad and embarrassing
Don’t think his personality matters too much he has worse faults. I prefer his brand of arrogance to managers like Derek Adams and that fat Scottish bloke.
You blame Gordon as well? Not Williams then?
Problem is, Gordon did the exact same thing v Vale - it’s like no one is capable of learning from mistakes.
No, you need to get a life outside of UTS
