Your last sentence is the key one for me.Why do we seem to be struggling more financially than clubs who don’t have the income streams we have?(Sunday market and revenue from advertising boards) Why do we now appear to be unable to compete with Clubs traditionally smaller than us?
I like LP and I think he is a good bloke but I think he needs to level with us an d tell us exactly what is going on. I know I have mentioned it before but where are the accounts for last year. Why haven’t they been published and when are we having an AGM? Time to tell us the facts LP. If he did he might be surprised at the reaction as it is clear from this Board the overwhelming majority of us care about the Club and some of us would, no doubt, be willing to help if the situation is getting so desperate that we face yet another rebuilding exercise in the Summer presumably with even less finance available.

Club turnover is usually around £4.5 million, half of that is from “non-footballing activities”, that half of the clubs income ain’t happening at all.

Yes and take the rent out and our turnover drawfs many of the clubs in this league so it begs the question where all the cash is going

The budget seems to be spend everything apart from the traditional £20k profit.
We are around £2mill down from non-football income.
Football income wise, we are down on matchday income. No food beer etc and no away fans or pay on the day home support £1-1.5mill ?
Wages for 25 players even if averaged at £1000/ week £1.3mill.
So i reckon the club has virtually no money.
