That makes sense since he was playing for us in a league match just five days after he was signed. He was on our first four match day benches, with three brief appearances, but then disappeared from the league squads entirely.
We were told he had a slight hamstring problem at the end of October, but apart from that he was officially fully fit and available for selection.

He seemed to take great pride in his defending yesterday.
I think he has the makings of a cult hero, would be great if we could get a chant/song for him.
