L 2-0 vs AFC Wimbledon (A) - League Two - Tue 28th March, 7:45pm

Win lose or draw if we was watching some good passing football i realy wouldnt mind but the sh*t we are watching at the moment is embarrassing.every single team we play passes the ball all around us at times, and when we do pass the ball we have stages of looking half decent.so why the consistent hoof play i dont know, and it can only be flynn whos telling them to play this way, fast loosing patience now

That was positively dreadful, one of the worst performances of the season for me.
That’s what happens when you start the game so slowly and flatly as we did.
Wilkinsons work rate was phenomenal tonight and great saves by their keeper kept him from scoring.
We are what we saw today, a disheveled bunch of men trying to play football.
AFCW thoroughly deserved the victory, wanted it far more than we did.
It’s plainly obvious that we’ve given up on the season. We’ve seriously fallen off the cliff since the Leicester game when there was so much promise.
I’m beginning to have doubts about Mr.Flynn. He’s had a tough season with injuries, but every club has them and it has to be dealt with. We rarely, rarely start games on the front foot, attack, attack, attack, when we do we’re an exciting team to watch, not too many of those played this season.
Oh, one more thing. The iFollow coverage was as bad as we’ve been playing, the buffering almost made the game unwatchable. Customers need to demand a full refund.

I know you’re on my side with this - but I got laughed at and goaded earlier on this season, and in previous seasons for suggesting Kinsella was not good enough. I hope people can now see what I have been banging on about for years. So I’ll have my moment in the sun.

He has been a part of a complete failure of a midfield for year on year. Obviously not all his fault, but he has come to be the yardstick by how we judge competence in a footballer.

He’s Terrible and a symbol of the decline.

Kinsella is a terrible terrible player. It’s my view that most clubs in the conference wouldn’t want him. That’s how bad he is.

Need to finally cut the ties.

Flynn can so what he likes about his teams performance. But it’s him and hatswell who brought most these players in and who are doing the coaching and a year on and we have not improved and have no identity or style of play .

He looks angry and a bit lost.

He got decision making in though!

He did mate he also got my selection of playing for contracts in there too.Apparently I have a swifty teddy coming my way in the post as a prize which are now apparently Ā£28 so I’m over the moon with that one obviously.

Extremely subdued Micky tonight. As he says though the players will find out the hard way.

Pomlett said last night there won’t be many changes in the summer because they are all Michael’s players. Seems they aren’t on the same page.

If he has to rip it all up and start again, it is a clear indication he has failed.

We simply cannot go on every year rebuilding the whole squad but we do need at least 4 good quality additions in the midfield/forward areas.

Pomlett always lets him mouth run away with him. He said Matt would be involved tonight - he wasn’t.

What’s more worrying is not the drop off in form - that could be expected having lost two influencial players. It’s the fact the club leadership have completely failed to arrest the complete implosion of the season.

Im mostly critical of the board, firstly for allowing us to be dictated to by other clubs and then failing to suitably replace departing players - but now Flynn must take some blame. This slump in form has been going on for 2 months and he needs to turn it around, otherwise all his post match comments ring really hollow.

Does anyone care any more :man_shrugging:t3:
Foxtrot Oscar to the Board and this club :man_shrugging:t3::face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

I would certainly add Matt, Monthe, White , Gordon and Maher to that list as well as Riley and McEntee. That would leave us to get the players who can make a difference at this level.A good midfield"general" and at least 2 forwards with pace.

I agree with Matt and Gordon as we have no choice
White is a diabolical footballer though. Time to do better than him
