Will be watching on the firestick today, I just can’t be bothered with away games anymore this seasons. I’m sure next season I’ll feel more up for it once we’ve had a break.

You can picture the scene without coming if you’ve done it plenty.
Three main boozers on Nantwich Road already spilling Walsall fans onto the sun drenched pavement. Strains of yellow Ribbon can be heard a couple of hundred yards away from the cafe we’re now in. The usual.
Then the football will begin and you go over the Mantra of not letting the football get in the way of a good day at the football. But somehow that 5:05 short trudge back to the train still feels sad.
But you never know….

What a day this could have been if we hadn’t have collapsed so spectacularly.And to take almost 1000(which may yet be surpassed) is a sterling effort considering where we’ve ended up.

We got here early and went to the heritage museum for the morning.
Now sat in the bar at the stadium watching the Vill(age) game… £4.34 for a pint of Wainwright so not too bad.
It baffles me to be honest, i just hope it doesn’t turn ugly at the end, because things are already tense between players and fans, and having that many fans turn on you could be irreparable
But i think we will put in a performance today

Interesting to see the team selection today, given Flynn’s comments about giving more game time to players who will be here next season.

Opted not to go today. Even if it’s a decent performance it’s too little too late.

Flynn did state he was going to focus on the players who are staying next year so maybe that means wilko kins etc are looking at contracts while maddox Williams stevens aren’t

5th choice at best captain means nothing
