Get the feeling that defeat today could ‘really’ force an end to his tenure, then the merrygoround of blaming managers and getting some other ‘no mark’ in would begin again, whilst the real culprit ‘lack of investment in our team’ gets away from blame.
I’m not saying we should get rid of him even after this run of form but he is very lucky in the current climate to be in a job there’s no way anyone can deny that.
