So Johnson has been left out of the team in the last few weeks because he had a strop when he got substituted against Grimsby, had a falling out with Sadler, had a knock, benched because Sadler doesn’t like him and struggling because of the birth of his child?

Just the five reasons I’ve heard in the last few weeks

The fact is none of us know the reason but whatever it is it hasn’t stopped us winning one or two!! I would prefer DJ in the team myself and I would play him alongside Draper next week. Partnerships are important in football and at Crewe it looked lethal.

Spoke to a few Mansfield and Orient fans they reckon he’s well known for falling out with his managers

Whatever the reason it needs sorting asap.

Yes im dumbfounded too. prolific strikers are like gold dust and weve finally got one after years, the first half of last year excepted, of mediocrity in that department. But hes warming the bench every week for some reason.

Well I’ve had shock today my old man is a diehard fan home and away without fail normally just spoke to him and he went to Rushall instead yesterday really enjoyed it and said he will go again.

Assuming there is an ‘issue’ with Johnson and no one really knows, apart from Johnson and the management team; have you considered it might be being ‘sorted’ but, just not in the simplistic way you want it to be?

Snap my old man has been watching Tamworth few times this season as he lives just outside. Likewise said it’s been enjoyable and they have got off to a flyer

I thought that was a great interview with Flynn.

I particularly liked the end bit were he praised all those who probably instigated his dismissal.very respectful.I think he mentioned everyone didn’t he

There was no service for any of the strikers on yesterday. The stats are crazy:

For DJ - things looked fine between him and sadz yday. He warmed up when he was asked to without issue and the two talked a few times during the game and Sadz was giving DJ directions. Storm in a teacup.

Guess thats what happens when your wing backs dont get forward enough to stick the ball in the box, your midfield is largely bypassed, the one midfielder that isn’t is not having a good day, and your lone striker looks like he would rather be having a lie down.

Steven’s Leamore Windows Player of the Match was Taylor Allen and his S&S Steelstock match rating was a 4.

Ever so 'umble.

While he has flaws to his game his attitude effort and desire is there to see. Can understand why Sadler shoehorns him into the team just needs to improve his end product.

Funny how in both post match interview he praised most of the backroom staff still here and never said a word about Sadler, also was quite blunt about how he got the job pre-match. Don’t think there’s any love lost been Sadler and Flynn.

Why does everyone outside of the fan base have nothing but good things to say about Pom, Mole, Gamble and Boycott… Past managers, ex players, staff…

I didn’t say whether it was simple or not simple to sort did I???. I only said it needs sorting asap

Agree I think what he had to say was well prepared and something he needed to get of his chest .
