I agree, i just watched the highlights to see whether it was wind assisted. Nope, their player didn’t really hit it that hard and it bounced twice without any of our players reacting to it. Shameful. Didn’t look that bad actually being there, but the highlights? My God
I’ve really only kept my very doubtful faith in Sadler going for the the lasts 4 or 5 weeks going because of the optimism of certain posters on here wanting to believe there right about him and I’m wrong even some of those are now starting to waver or very quite I’m rapidly gonna have to recognise what I’ve always felt about Mat I’m afraid wrong manager. At the wrong time .this performance today and his response to it convinces me of that
And yet Sadlers first words in his post match interview were that we started the game sloppily ‘which isn’t like us’. Absolute baloney, stopped listening to the interview after that.

Sounds like Sadler is the biggest turn off than any other manager we have had
He is just delusional, I’m not sure whether to feel sorry for him or embarrassed on behalf of the club.

Today was pathetic.
The conditions were the same for both teams. They were able to control the ball, find space and create chances. We could not. Pritchard was everywhere.
Our midfield was functional but created nothing meaning Draper, Matt and DJ were forever chasing snd feeding off scraps.
Gordon and Hutch promised a lot but delivered nothing worthwhile. Knowles played right back and rarely got forward.
No obvious style of play, another formation, got exactly what we deserved - nothing.

I’m not in the ‘you can never crutucise Daniels’ camp. He’s been rubbish recently and an accident waiting to happen every game with the pace of tortoise

Ha ha, interesting analogy of us when BB is around, the only problem is that when OFSTED come knocking, not only do you have to perform, they also look through historical data for results, progress over time etc as an indicator of your performance and standard, as well as asking parents what they think to help inform their judgement!
In that case we’d be in schitt’s creek if OFSTED came knocking at the bezzla, there’s no way Pombear could BS his way out of it and we’d have a big hefty thump of ‘inadequate’ bestowed on WFC!

I agree about Daniels: he has been directly responsible for a few goals this season and he is very slow on the turn. As captain, he needs to set the standard - it’s not happening at the moment.

I never ever thought we would lose to teams like Accrington Stanley, Morecambe, Barrow, Sutton Utd etc. But, after 7 seasons of shite, I’ve now come to accept it. Sad, really, isn’t it?
