That is it in a nutshell and it is intensely frustrating. When we had our run of wins, it was on the back of solid defence with dangerous attacks. More or less, we still looked dangerous - even yesterday we had plenty of shots and chances to score - but we have been leaking so many goals from simple crosses.
I did not see players failing to put in the effort but I did see players losing it when the third goal went in. To their credit, they did resettle the ship and carried on until the end.
One good thing, possibly the only one, was that Jellis looks to have potential. He obviously works hard and demonstrated he has some skill too. He could turn out to be a very astute signing.
