They were the best together. Also what a great team. The likes of Bradley, Ntamark, Houghton on the wing, Brilliant team. I`m 67 and I look back on the past teams and I think in my mind that team will take some beating. Uts.

Does cost come into it ?
Thinking back , I could easily afford to go to almost all the games in the 60’s , when my only income was my Mellish Road paper round .
Having said that , transport was virtually free . Bike parked up in Hillary Street, front garden.
(Bit of advice…don’t get there too early, else bike would be buried under 50 others, and first in would be last out ).
From memory it cost 1/6 for kids, 3/- for adults in the Cowshed in the mid sixties - equivalent to about £1.40 and £2.80 at current prices.
