Mk Dons tickets now on sale.
I had wondered if this game would be postponed because it is international weekend.

We could be without Tommy Simkin and Liam Gordon then in that case.
Subject of, anyone know what’s going on with the Blues game? Not really interested in the Tin Pot Trophy, but need to tick off St Andrews.
3rd September 745 kick off. I imagine ticket details will be announced shortly but wont be an issue.
I was at the ticket office this morning and Liz thinks that the Birmingham tickets will go on sale tomorrow.
That’s a fair point, I assume there is still that chance?
More likely to depend on them I think as we have DD and Conley injured so wouldn’t have 3 call ups would we?
I imagine it will be safer to tick off now than it was back in the day
Especially if there’s only 3k there, estimate that’d make it about 17,000 times less likely to get stabbed
Hoping my car doesn’t get nicked whilst parked up too!
Re Blues tickets if you’re a ST holder its £2 cheaper but it doesn’t automatically recognise you are so make sure you select adult ST holder rather than just adult.
Re the Blues game - there’s a choice of seats or safe standing, although the latter appears to be right in the corner according to this stadium map:
Might be the last chance to see Walsall at St. Andrews
I was just looking at that before booking.
With the amount of tickets they have given us I’d imagine the seating bit is just below part of the safe standing in the block next to the corner.
I probably wouldn’t have gone as I have been to Blues loads of times, but the kids haven’t been and as Andy said, possibly a last chance to go to St Andrews with Walsall.
Liam Gordon called up for Guyana
Great for Liam or is it ? Always seems to come back tired and a bit leggy which doesn’t really help him in his progression if he wants to move up the leagues.
Initial allocation of 918. Hopefully we can get our first 1k+ away crowd of the season. What’s everyone doing for a pre match pint? I drove down and went straight into the ground last time as other than the big retail park there didn’t seem to be much going on.
Loads of places to eat and have a pint around the ground, you just need to book as you’ll be left with McDonald’s or KFC.
If you just want a pint in a proper boozer and you’re driving then it’s slim pickings. The Dolphin and Cross Keys ring bells but that was years ago and I think one of them has got a bit funny after Donny fans smashed the place up.
Cheers, I’ll have a look at the two you’ve mentioned. A proper pub would be nice, not a fan of going into these chained restaurant/pubs pre match but that’s the best some of these modern grounds have to offer. I’ll be driving so will just be one on the concourse otherwise.
Me and my partner have dropped lucky with parking there this season and hopefully more seasons there in the future. My partner has a friend who lives by the ground, about a 20 minute walk away. So we can park on her driveway. Ideal considering we had a nightmare parking there last season
We parked on the housing estate on Lexham road last year. Nice 15/20 min walk and easy to get to and away from the ground after which was handy after that performance
