Nathan Lowe signs

Thanks Nathan - been a great ride

Good luck for the future and genuinely hope Bobbins hasn’t buggered up your short term situation…

Great news for Danny Johnson.

It is unlikely we will get another like Nathan but I expect us to bring in 2 players who will add creativity and pace to the team. We have got goals throughout this team as Saturday demonstrated. We just need a couple to complement what we have so that we are, in Sadler’s words, “stronger.”

Not only do we lose the divisions best striker but this could be a huge morale hit to the team
How we respond to this both with a replacement and the players attitude will Be huge
Sadler and the players will be hurting tonight

Thank you Nathan for a wonderful half season. A credit to his family and im sure they’ll keep an eye on him. Id be devastated for the sake of 5 months i could have a Championship medal and possibly the golden boot on my CV. It definitely going to be tough mentally on him. Ill be really pissed off if hes loaned to a Div one team or languishes on the bench at Stoke. Definitely hope he hits the ground running at Stoke . For his sake not theirs

Get Draper back I think that’s the best option for him and for us preferably on a permanent which would be a nice statement to make.
Disappointed but I expected Stoke to recall him this week.

Massive excitement in being 3rd sub in 15th place. Destroyed the kid.

Theres no point hating on Robins or Sjoke. Its the fragile nature of the loan system and we have been bitten time and again.

If you take your Walsall FC specs off it was obvious he was going back, just as it was with Draper last season.

We will be fine this time. Thats the difference so lets be thankful for that. We are a different animal

I doubt he would have started on Tuesday anyway, so let’s see how we get on there with Plan B - he’s only been one part of the jigsaw that has got us to where we are now (a pretty effective part but not the only one).

Expecting DJ to start and Flash to make a return. Can one (or both) fill the gap?

Gutted. I was honestly swaying towards the side of thinking he was staying.

Thank you Nathan, what a future ahead.

Robins better give him game time because to potentially rob him of lifting a trophy, having a great shout of winning a personal accolade to top it off with leaving him to sit on a bench for half a season would be horrible for the lad.

Over to you Trivela with that contingency plan…
