Well the last few weeks have shown he very much wants to run the 11/12 regulars this season into the ground.
Half of them running on fumes and he gives DJ two minutes. 
Could also rest Barrett once in a while and give Albert the odd game at RWB, that is what he was actually signed for?!
Luckily pretty much all the other results went the right way but really limping to the line now.

Getting fed up of him now if he costs us promotion(He’s cost us points in the last week) He should be sacked after the position we were in baffling subs and team selections when it’s obvious some of these players need a rest and we need fresh legs in the team.

Much better performance just lacked composure in the final third, we really need to get behind the lads on Saturday its going to be a nervous run in but with our backing i think the lads can do it.
We all craved a season like this to be in the mix, so lets enjoy it

Worst decision of the season was to hand this guy a new contract. Especially before he has done anything.
The last paragraph about runs is true. It’s just not good enough.

I’m as pissed off as everyone else with the last 10 games but let’s be fair - Everything is simple with hindsight
If he’d have left at that point and the season disintegrated we’d have all said it was the wrong thing to do - as it happens we went from strength to strength and remain top after almost 3 months
I’m sure we won’t win the title but hopefully have enough to limp out of this crappy division

For all we know Sadler might have his hands tied with some of his players. Contract negotiations are never mentioned now, and yet we have several out of contract in the summer. Players will have this on their minds at this stage of the season. Barrett for example. Is he exhausted, or does he have a move elsewhere lined up? We wouldn’t know, and will not be told! Could be avoiding injury for all we know. It wouldn’t be the first time.
Sadler’s not a great manager, but some things could be out of his control.
Not been a Sadler fan from day 1 as he was the cheap option we always end up with. No question we have over achieved this season given the managers lack of experience or tactical know how. The frustrations remain with him … too focussed on favourites, no plan B, too safe on too many occasions when he appears to not want to lose a close game more than he wants to try and win it. Contract extensions for a manager who has achieved absolutely nothing is somewhat questionable but I believe that comes from a place where Trivela want stability and incremental growth above a rapid revolutionary success model that all supporters want to see. In the long run I believe in Trivela I am personally unsure Sadler has what it takes but if the group he leads achieve promotion which is all any of us want, he will have proved me very wrong.

Barrett is on a 3 year deal. He is not out of contract like some others.
