Why is everyone on Twitter getting excited about the “new” Homeserve stand?

As far as I can tell they’d put some new advertising hoardings up, given the toilets a lick of paint (literally, not metaphorically) to the toilets and fixed the hot water that’s been broken ages?

I’m all for positive spin, but what am I missing here?

Think it looks tonnes better than the yellow. That’s all I think anybody has said.
