Sadler on Sky: shape is very,very similar.(to Friday.)
We have no other shape as there’s no wingers.
The interviewer suggested we might be playing a different formation. Sadler instantly corrected her

Sky think that Sadler has changed to a 343 formation, with Chang, Amantchi and Adomah forming a front three; and Stirk and Jellis as central midfielders.
Sadler loves 352. We will see where Chang plays.

I just hope to God we play with a bit of composure pass the ball and play some football .whatever Sadlers game plan is ignore him .and go out and play for each other lads and show hm your talented pro footballers.

In Sadler’s mind this is just a minor blip where we haven’t got the rub of the green. He can’t see what all the fuss is about.
Anyway time to put my lack of faith in him aside and hope the players can get it done!
