I must say as well… in this ever gathering fantasy, that Kenco cup will be filled with Old England IPA (5.7%), and she’s used her status as “press” to smuggle it into the OAP stand, and this is the moment, having tracked me down that she fixes me with those hairy eyebrows and hands over the illicit half-time pint, with some heartfelt…life changing narative like…“there you go Dave”
And chips. About time we had chips.
