Looking forward to Northampton more and more with every hour that passes. Be great especially for my 7 year old boy who loves walsall fc. He was mascot last year at Oxford on the day Dean keates got the boot and his first full season watching the saddlers was a depressing one. Despite going to several away games Bolton, Coventry, Burton, Shrewsbury and pre season notts County and tranmere he is yet to see us win away. (let’s hope this barren run can come to an end this Saturday) and put a big smile on his face. UTS

Get tickets for Forest Green while you’re there!
Currently there are only 3,100 tickets sold for Forest Green at home, Pomlett issued a challenge to Walsall fans asking them to double it.

Can’t see us getting anything from this game. We won’t score many and can’t see us keeping a clean sheet. Probably 2-0 to the Cobblers, unfortunately.

The lads have smiles on their faces, they’re playing for a manager they love, things like this give you a goal start on most teams imo, I’m going for a 3-1 win Sinclair, Adeboyo and Gordon on the scoresheet.
