They won’t miss out on the money. Expect an announcement and pay on the day.
Hope so….
Plenty of comms in the last couple of days re. Cheltenham which has just sold out, but still no update on Notts tickets.
I was aiming to go, but was going to decide on the day due to the vagueries of weather and trains at this time of year. Not going to bother now, save my money for a home game in Jan. Can’t abide all this ridiculous and unecessary fannying about over tickets for a fourth division game that will be played in a less than half-full ground. Soon as I see this nonsense rear its head its a “no” from me.
Signs up at the ticket office
Cheltenham and Notts County both sold out
Weather forecast is similar to Vale for New years day.

We won in a gale there last season.
Apologies if it’s already been mentioned but are we having an extra allocation or can we pay on the day at either county or Cheltenham been caught up in Xmas festive beer celebration and seem to have missed the boat some what
Nothing mentioned so far for either.
Thanks I’ll keep looking
Going to be no room at Cheltenham unless they put in some aways for an overspill in the touchline stand?
Notts is the frustrating one of the two. I could understand it more if the away fans were housed behind the goal which is probably 2-3k capacity but it’s a massive stand and even with 2k in there will be more than half the stand sectioned off from the halfway line when you see the highlights.
Ah well, same as Geordie for me unless there’s a U turn in next 24 hours otherwise it’s just too short notice to get up to Nottingham.
I have 1spare adult ticket for the Cheltenham game if anyone is wanting to go as my daughter can’t make it. I’ll have the ticket with me at the county game. Yours for £20.Cash on delivery. DM me for details.
@saddla is the ticket still going? If so can you DM me mate?
Hi Lukeyboy, I’m afraid the ticket s now sold.
Thanks for your interest,
Saddla
The ticket website is showing available tickets in the away stand. The Available seats look a bit strange (couple of rows in each block rather than one section in one block) but better than none being available I suppose.
Looks to be around 150 available.
Looks to me that they have just opened up the rows they they normally keep closed.
It’s a bit weird isn’t it?
Got those huge unsold blocks and they’re fannying around with a few dozen here and there.
Just open up another big block which should more than cater for demand.
I’m with the theory that stewards will be on double or triple time on NYD and they are trying to save a few hundred quid. Which feels to be the very definition of a false economy.
