Good luck replacing 14 goals from midfield, I don’t know how many assists, but a fair few I’d imagine. Even with some money to throw at it, that will be an almost impossible task.
The goals will need to be replaced elsewhere I’d imagine, like having a striker that scores on a regular basis.

If he’s off, it’ll be because most other clubs in league 1 or 2 would bite your right testicle off to have a Centre Midfield player who covers ground, presses in a team function and can pass and shoot with both feet short and long and carry the ball…..who has also managed 14 goals and 10 assists 
What is certain is, if he’s off he will have no idea about it right now and no clubs will have approached him or the club yet and most if not all clubs will only just started having discussions about their summer recruitment with some needing to wait and see what division they’re in before even beginning it!!
So that’s complete nonsense for starters.
As for dropping him…..even before discussing the merits of that….who the hell for???
Even last night he scored and came closest to scoring and had we not conceded the second goal who on earth would’ve scored from where he did to potentially have salvaged a point?
Monthe was out of contract and would’ve been free to discuss options, had an agent actively persuing them and most likely had been told by the club he was free to leave.
Nothing about that can be similar to Hutch.

Honestly incredible. 1 in 6? He’s played 102 games and you think he’s turned up 17 times?
How on earth have two managers made him an ever present if he’s turned up 17 times out of 102?

Forgetting the all round game because that will be subjective, who do you think will replace the goals / assists?
There are only 5 players in the entire division who have more assists, 4 of them only have 1 more and the other has broken the all time record for the league assists!!! Of those 5, three of them play for teams in the top 3 and the other two play for Notts County…
He has the same combined goals and assists as Elliott Lee.
Only 2 players in the league have double figures for goals and assists (league only) and Hutchinson is one assist away from becoming the 3rd!!

I totally agree with you as always and we have been very very lucky for a club on our position to have had a player of his ability play for us.
He will be spoke about highly for years to come

He does exasperate me at times but he is a good player and I hope he stays. His goals from midfield will be difficult to replace let alone all his assists. If we had better forwards he could be even better so lets get a couple in and see how it goes.
Take away Hutchinson’s penaltys how many league games has Hutch actualy scored in?

Pens don’t count now? Even thought they got us two very valuable draws against play off rivals?
The Crawley one alone puts them 6 points ahead of us instead of 3……
Just saying penalties can be replaced easily, do you have the figure?
If they’re scored yeah. Ask Colchester about how they feel on that having missed their last 2….
I would assume it would make it 9 games? Just about 1 in 4. 25% of our league games.

How many league games has he scored in minus the penalties? Not how many goals has he scored.
We’ll go through the squad in a minute and see how many league games anyone else scored in….
