If the £700k loss really is down to the off the field activities being hit by Covid then getting both the conferencing facilities and Saddlers Club making money is in the clubs long term interests.

The problem with the Saddlers Club previously is it was being let to a separate group running it so the club wasn’t benefiting from the food/drink sales.
They were getting rent paid on it but then those running it stopped paying the rent and left it to fall into disrepair.

With the money our club was making commercially as we are to be believed compared to other lower league clubs since bonser took the reins we should have been doing so much better than we did.
But it was only ever bonser and his closest that ever really benefited. ( Whalley another who I expect did very well from being bonsers puppet.)

Over 4,000 at the bescot tonight for villa women against man utd . Would really hope that we are gaining a substantial amount of money from them playing at our home ?
A percentage of the gate and all food and drinks to be ours ?
And not just a pre season fixture against the vile feckers ?
Questions need to be asked from us and answered to us who keep this club going!!!
