And the answer is… Mr Brian Dutton…. And no, he didn’t get the job!
He may well of done if they gave him a mock interview first
Hahaha can’t pass an interview at Wimborne Town but more than impresses our Board of Directors.
Honestly - it"s just hilarious

I thought he was at Salisbury…
He is still listed as their manager on their website.
Salisbury are Southern League Premier (level 7 of the pyramid) and Wimborne are in the division below.
Do you know which pub in Tamworth it is @Stretch?
I can take the Mrs. out for a meal and ‘bump’ into him.
That team with Boli and Peron were something else (on their day).
I think it’s The Prince of Wales Wilnecote
I read some time ago he doesn’t run it anymore and hasn’t been in the best of health.
I don’t know if that is true though, can’t remember where I saw it now.
Thanks, both of you.
I’ll check it out next time I’m in that neck of the woods.
I’d love to thank him for the happy memories. Even though we lost 5-1, that trip to Old Trafford will live long in the memory)
The Forest game at home is still one of my favourite games to this day. Crazy scenes at the end.
When Watson got the winner, someone flung an elbow and knocked my Dad’s front two teeth out. Everyone else is going crazy and he was on the floor trying to find his teeth
He found one. He got up and the bloke was all apologetic, and my old man just shrugged his shoulders and started celebrating. Happy Days.
He doesn’t run it anymore. I went about 3 years ago hoping for a picture with him and he’d left the pub the week before.
Anyone know what are all of our other ex-managers are doing these days?
Yes.
Time for an ex-managers thread?
I guess it must be the fact that we don’t use $ in the UK (I had thought it might be the initial letters on the right, but then thought that was perfectly normal)
It’s good, but it’s not right, as someone used to say.
He’s not been too well Of late mate.
And. The. Last. I heard I think he gave the pub up
It took a second or two (or three) but just got it. One letter at a time…
