Probably shouldn’t have gone to the game today because of my health issues. I’m as stubborn as Sadler and even after 57years as a supporter I still get sucked in to fantasy island with rose coloured specs. Which means I’ll likely to be perpetually dissapointed. Not sure being an eternal optimist is good for you, but it was a nice ride up to January. I don’t usually indulge in personal slights and although I strongly disagree with certain posters. I should not get so wound up by them. Tored and a very sad FP.

As has been posted elsewhere, this one is tough to take with both the opposition and performance. If we had lost to a last minute scrappy goal, fair enough we walk away and go again next week but this loss was not that. We were easily 2nd best and that is painful. There is no plan A and absolutely no plan B in the post Lowe world. Is it really that difficult to attempt to play through midfield with the talent we have, why bypass them completely with mostly aimless long balls, is this really what we coach?

Gutted but totally unsurprised after that. Weve been awful for months and thats on the manager and his total inability to change the way we play mid game, we created nothing second half. He claimed every agent in the country was ringing him in January offering him players but the players he signed have barely been used. Can’t believe how players like stirk, jellis and gordon have regressed.
Stubborn Saddler manager has messed up again just like last season when he couldn’t wait to break up that back 3 by dropping the Norwich lad, and picking Faal during ramadam instead of dj. Now hes done the the same with Harry Williams who was my player of the season along with Allen.
The only comfort i can take from it is that i won’t be putting £800 on my credit card for season tickets tonight.

It’s all mental, Williams has been superb why is he not playing? Why was lakin left out of the squad? How does Wheatley end up in front of DJ who scored on Tuesday.

Totally agree with you mate.
Been a season ticket holder for what seems like forever but won’t be renewing tonight.
The capitulation of this season has totally knocked the stuffing out of me.

Since we beat mk the game after lowe left we have won just two games from 16, one of those was against ten man Morecombe who still looked better than us!
14 points from 16 games.
Said it ages ago, Flynns tactic was to hoof into the channel and hope DJ would get on the end of it, Sadlers tactic is the same with added running, and minus DJ.

This is going to take some effort to get the players confidence up. Lose Saturday and i cant see anyway back for Saddler.
And MK were terrible, they are the only team worse than us in the league since then.
It’s got worse as the seasons gone on.
We had a player in Lowe who not only scored for fun he could hold it up and link the midfield and attack its not surprising really when you look at what he was replaced with.
