How is Sam Hornby get on? Should we sign him as back up GK?
Thought he did well to be fair, made some good stops, quick and accurate distribution. A little shaky in the air first half but improved second half
Thought he did really well today, made a couple of good saves and commanded the area well
I thought both wide men did pretty well too

Kamwa as a squad player sounds good. As one of the 2 strikers to be signed with statistics like he has. God that’s so worrying

Because he is clearly a decent player, but not exactly what we need right now.
If he on wages that doesn’t really put a dent in our budget, I’d rather us sign him and have as an option in the future, rather than him sign for another club in this league and we end up losing a potentially good player.
Bizarre signing him and them sending him to Drogheda with that dreadful standard of football. Did you know we have a much higher standard of football right on our doorstep

Agreed. We need to start signing players of the quality mentioned in that European Football thread to have any chance of progressing

I something we should really be judging any player by how they got on against the might of Tamworth in pre season.
The only really yardstick game for me is the Solihull Moors game right before the season starts.
I thought that was a decent watch.
Jellis had a good game and Hornby was excellent in my opinion.
