Yes, I know … The Blunderland result was unexpected but this goal turned a 5-2 spanking into a more agreeable 4-3 reverse.
Table after week 32 (Sat 9th February). Mixed scoring but the winning score was 4 points, achieved by cookyskid - well done. This is now his 4th weekly win and puts him joint top of that chart with 4 others!
Fully updated table after the weekend just gone.
Reasonable scoring and, if it hadn’t been for a Wycombe goal in the 100th minute (!) would have led to a 5 point haul for a number of people.
The winning score was 4 points, achieved by Welsh_Saddler, Michal, tinned and me - well done to all of us.
That win puts tinned joint top of weekly wins with 4 - there are now 6 people fighting it out for that title.
There is a p-p game on Tues night but it is likely I will just add it on with next weekend’s points than do a separate table for just one game.
Updated table after the weekend games plus 1 p-p game from the midweek leading up to it.
Thanks to Lew’n failing to win at home, it was a low scoring week with lots of 0s and 1s, although one man bucked the trend and won the week with a mighty 5 points - well done to tinned!
That win now puts him top of the weekly wins list with 5, although it hasn’t moved him that far up the normal table this week!
It’s either feast or famine with me!
Well ,at least you have the feast. My latest prediction went like this. 3 correct scores out of 6. 2 scores that were 1 goal out. 1 that was two goals out. Result? One bloody point.
I’m almost at the stage where I wait till the last minute ,and replicate the three most common scores, but no one could sink that low, could they?
Your basic and rather childish error is to deviate from the accurate predictions I’m robotically churning out each week.
Updated table after last weekend and the p-p game in the week between Accy and Oyston FC.
Very good scoring in the main, with lots of 3+ points achieved. The winning score was 5 points, achieved by Simon and Timbuktu_Sadder - well done both!
With that win, both of them now join tinned at the top of the weekly wins table with 5 apiece.
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas!
Updated table after yesterday’s games and much lower scoring than last week, mainly due to Sunderland and Luton both failing to win. If it hadn’t been for Barnsley, it would have mostly been 0s! As it is, the winning score was 2 points, achieved by 1933, Shrewsbury_Saddler, itasaddler, Morty, me, Timbuktu_Saddler, matt_saddlesore, Michal, tinned and Bluejay - well done to everyone of those!
Not much movement in the table this week but it is still close at the top and it only takes on slip up to let someone back in the title race!!
Updated table after yesterday’s games. Generally pretty good scoring with just a handful of 0s and 1s. The winning score was 5 points, achieved by matt_saddlesore - well done! Although, it must be stated, a report has been filed with the committee to look into his Gary Lineker style goal hanging when it comes to his weekly predictions and whether this constitutes a breech of fair play rules! ![]()

Until that comes back, he now has a nice little gap at the top of the prediction league table. But, there are still many weeks to go, and it is still a title up for grabs with many predictors breathing down his neck!
#SaddlesoreOut
He’ll just copy from now on.
Why change a winning formula?

What a super looking table! I’ve never been 4 points up before, not even when I came back from 14 points down on Whitty Steve and crushed his proud neck over the last few games of that season, causing him to flee in tears.
“But, there are still many weeks to go, and it is still a title up for grabs with many predictors breathing down his neck!”
Going to pick you up on a couple of points there - let’s face it no-one who is seven points or more behind has a cat in hell’s chance of catching me now. Maybe some other predictor, but not me, in the stunning form that I’m in. ![]()
So that just leaves Jolly J, and to be fair if he can come back to win from here, then he richly deserves the accolade of ‘best predictor’ and the first person to attain three wins, something that’s currently floating in MY direction should he fail to do so. ![]()
Anyway, here is the comprehensive proof of my working out and that it’s all very mathematics and numbers and stuff, so I hope this puts to bed the ridiculous assertion that I’m somehow ‘copying’ my way to fully 13 point comebacks over 10 weeks, fantastic 5 point winning weeks and protruding like a huge 4’’ phallus over the winning rostrum.
Zombie, zombie
In your head, in you heeeeeeead
3 wins or 3 wins in a row?!!![]()

Pretty good, I must admit. ![]()
Plus ça change…
Of course it does.
Saigon is TOO SCARED to predict first. He’s absolutely terrified of having to do it on his own without consulting his betters.
It’s probably too late for this season, but I reckon he should be FORCED to predict first or forfeit his right.
None of us like cheats!
