Anyone else had any bother renewing online?

Did mine on Monday, came up with an error at the end saying payment may have been taken, but it couldn’t be processed, and to call the club.

Checked and payment HAS been taken, called the club and they said they’d call me back, but no call…

I sorted mine out today. Had to hold for around 15 minutes to get through to the ticket office but the lady was extremely helpful. I had to pay online because I’ve used the v12 finance package to pay for mine, but they sorted out my daughters there and then over the phone :+1:t2:
